
何东青,工学博士,副研究员,硕士研究生导师,国家自然科学基金函评专家,中国机械工程学会表面工程分会青年学组特邀专家,甘肃省材料学会青工委委员,兰州理工大学红柳优秀青年。2018年6月,博士毕业于中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所材料学专业,主要从事碳基功能薄膜材料、耐磨蚀表面工程技术、多功能HVOF/PVD复配防护体系开发与应用等方面的研究,主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,甘肃省自然科学基金项目2项,各类开放课题及人才支持计划项目4项,企业委托项目7项,在Corrosion Science, Tribology International, Materials & Design等国际知名期刊发表SCI/EI学术论文60余篇,授权国家发明专利15项,获甘肃省科技进步一等奖1项(2021,第三完成人)、甘肃省材料科学技术一等奖1项(2021,第二完成人)。担任《中国表面工程》、《Corrosion Communications》、《材料工程》、《航空材料学报》期刊青年编委,兼任《Tribology International》、《Wear》等十余本SCI学术期刊审稿专家。
